Piano move

Hello there. I just used your Burlington (Ontario) piano movers and I have got few complaints to post. Firstly, they came 1/2 hour late, and secondly your movers didn't use runners on the floor to protect it from dirt and moisture. I do think it's not acceptable, especially in winter. My piano was carried out without problem though.
